Hotel Termas da Curia

Tenho boas recordações deste hotel. Mantém o bom atendimento de funcionários atentos e bons profissionais. As comodidades são adequadas ao preço e a limpeza é boa. A piscina desiludiu pelo desmazelo e aparente falta de limpeza. O restaurante é muito bom em qualidade das refeições e atendimento dos funcionários. Grata. Voltarei.

A qualidade de serviço, e instalações foi muito bom. A comida oferecida também estava muito boa, no geral gostei de ter conhecido e pernoitado no vosso Hotel.

Gostámos muito e fomos muito bem atendidos. O pequeno almoço tinha muito boa qualidade e variedade.

The cleaning ladies are very friendly. Carina, who is at the reception, is very friendly and very helpful, in contrast, I only have to point out the staff who were serving breakfast. I asked if I could have a table next to the window, since the tables that were prepared were all on the opposite side, they said yes, that I could take the dishes and take them to the other table. I did so, and sat down at a large table (I had only noticed these tables next to the window). When I went to get food, the two employees, who were always in the middle of the room, told me to use smaller tables. The room was quite empty, and from the number of tables prepared it was obvious that few customers were waiting, who would not use all the tables, as happened. The attitude of these two employees did not sit well with me. They could have taken the trouble to at least indicate the tables they wanted the customer to sit at (at the time I didn't notice the tables because they were on the side). They waited for the customer to change, and, in a law of least effort, they indicated that they had to change tables again. This difference in attitude from the reception to the restaurant makes all the difference in service. Very clean and heated room with regulation. Very silent.

Confeitaria bonita! Peca imenso pela falta de funcionários, sentamo-nos e por mais que tenhamos esperado não houve nenhum funcionário à vista. É pena, tivemos de ir a outro sítio...

Estivemos 3 noites neste hotel. Após o check out percebi que deixamos lá o shampoo, no quarto 210...ligamos para o hotel e antes sequer de confirmar disseram para passar lá a levantar o shampoo. Sugerimos que seria melhor procurarem primeiro e voltaria a ligar a confirmar no dia seguinte. Quando voltei a ligar já foi outro colaborador a atender, não sabia de nada. Pedi para ligar à governanta não atendeu. No dia a seguir voltei a ligar...atendeu outra pessoa, também não sabia de nada ficou com o meu contacto para ligar de volta! Nunca ninguém ligou de volta! No dia seguinte voltei a ligar...e confirmaram que não há shampoo nenhum! Tendo nós a certeza absoluta que ele ficou lá! Pelo numero do quarto é possível saber quem fez a limpeza e descobrir o que realmente aconteceu! Mas para este hotel o cliente não merece esse esforço, essa dedicação! Mas...obrigada!
